Cancellation Policy

To cancel your subscription or product, please provide at least 30 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. You can request cancellation via email at hello@welinnov.com or through our online portal.

Refunds will be processed on a pro-rated basis for any unused service period. Please note that setup fees and initial payments are non-refundable. If you cancel before the end of your contract term, an early termination fee may apply.

Access to the software will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which it will be terminated. Your data will be retained for 30 days post-cancellation; please ensure you export any necessary data before this period ends.
